Ordering Information If you collect it - I can puzzle it! Made to order pieces are my specialty. My products can be customized and many can be personalized to become the perfect gift for someone you love. If you are interested in a custom piece, name puzzle, or photo puzzle please call me at (818) 665-6533 or e-mail me at Puzzled1@live.com so that I can create exactally what you are looking for. All orders take 1-4 weeks for delivery. Most orders are sent priority mail unless you request other means of delivery. Please contact me if you need to put a rush on an order. For a small fee I will be happy to put it in my next batch of puzzles to be made. (on average 1-2 weeks from date of order) Mailing List Registration As a member of my e-mail list you will receive occasional emails from Puzzled with news and information about exciting new products as well as coupons good toward purchases from Puzzled. Shipping All packages will be sent USPS Priority mail as parcel post is usually only a few cents cheaper. I will order delivery confirmation and send you the tracking number in an email once I have shipped the items. Shipping costs $12.00 on all orders up to $75.00. On orders of more than $75.00 the shipping is free. Since each puzzle is custom made for you, I usually take one to two weeks to ship your items. If for some reason it will take longer I will notify you by email. Returns You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the shipping costs provided that the item is undamaged, resalable and in the original condition it was sent as. If your item was damaged in shipment, please contact me within 24 hours after receiving the package.So I can get started on making a replacement puzzle while I wait for the package to be returned. Please try to use the same packaging When returning an item, we ask that you contact me at returns@puzzled1.com That way we can work out whether you would like the puzzle to be replaced or to receive a refund. When shipping it is a good idea to pack the item securely, insure the package as we will not refund your money if damaged on return transit and ship it back to Puzzled 990 Ashland Ave #A, Simi Valley, CA 93065. Sorry, but we can not credit you the costs of return shipping.
